Astrology Club: Meeting #1 Closed

Mel was as nervous as she could possibly be. She was finally hosting the first meeting of her new club, the Astrology Club. This club was dedicated to the study and learning of Astrology independently. As nervous as she was, she was also excited for learning more about the new members who had joined recently. She was desperate for friends and had a very difficult time with making and keeping friends. She hoped that perhaps this club would be a great way to introduce herself to new people and discover more about not only her new potential friends but herself as well.

Mel entered the outdoor club area only to find that she was the only one that had so far shown up. "I guess I'm the first one here," she said quietly. She gripped onto the bag she had over her shoulder before heading over to the center of the club area. She set her bag down and started to unpack. She took out a moon blanket for everyone to sit on. She then took out a couple of journals she bought to supply the new members with so they could take notes. Afterward she took out a few books that she had found on astrology that she wanted to share with the group.

Now it was time to wait and see if anyone else shows up.
