An important distinction could be made between being shy and being antisocial, and Leon de Luca happened to be a perfect example of that distinction. He very rarely spoke to people if he could avoid it, preferring the silence of his dorm room where he could read or draw or just daydream without interruption. However, that didn't mean he had any problem with raising his hand for every question in this class. It wasn't about reputation or showing off or being liked by the teacher, it was simply that he knew the answers, and he saw no reason to pretend he didn't. So, for the sixth time in the past half hour, he was answering yet another question.

Leon was well aware of the class looking at him. He didn't think he would ever get used to the feeling of eyes on his back, unprepared for the public speaking aspect of this after the past eleven years of homeschooling. He didn't mind the attention, but he didn't exactly crave it either. There was also the fact that he was considered a bit weird, what with the way he seemed to slink around, to just appear out of thin air randomly or to stare at people like he was reading their souls. His blankly formal personality - or lack thereof, if you wanted to be technical - was also more than a little offputting, along with the way that he just seemed to look out of place no matter where he was. So whether it was out of dislike, distrust, or just the fact that he was speaking at the moment, people staring had become common over the past year. However, a different student was watching him for a different reason, one Leon was completely oblivious to.

@Leon de Luca
No matter how much Işık wanted to focus on the lesson, she couldn't focus. It could be because of the greasy brown-haired boy with green-like eyes sitting in front of him. She had been following her secretly for 2 weeks. But even though they were in the same building, Işık neither knew his name nor spoke to him.

What distracted the light was the professor who was there calling her name.

"Miss Seya, I think you can remind me of the last thing I said."

As she always did when she experienced the feeling of embarrassment, which she hated the most, she put her head in table and started talking to herself.

OK Işık, you must have plans. Surely, since she wouldn't tell the truth, Işık thought. Now he felt that everyone was looking at him. It wouldn't be a problem if they didn't know why they were looking. Işık Seya, who always aimed to hit her target from twelve, was now in a position to give everything to escape.

Işık was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief when the teacher knocked out 5 points from her building without further delay. She wonder what the boy in front of him was thinking right now.
