A lost letter
Hi,
It's Drinara. I know you will burn this letter. You don't want to hear about me. That doesn't matter, anyway.
The tradition wants me to write this letter. Apparently, it's common to inform parents about ourselves. Ridiculous, isn't it ? I know you will never read it. You will see my name and throw away the letter. You have always done that.
However, I took the time, yesterday, to write it. Why ? I don't really know. Perhaps, because I don't want people think I'm totally alone. Funny. I'm totally alone since my born.
I'm in Gryffindor, like Julia. I'm not worthy this chance, you will say. I don't deserve to be here. I didn't want to be at Gryffindor. I didn't want to be the same person as my sister. I didn't want to be like her, in the same house, the same family. I can say that here and now because you will never know it. I'm far from you and you don't care.
Paper and time waste for this letter, for this few words. I already regret it.
Otherwise, I'm find. The sky is blue, there are no clouds.

Drinara give the letter to a small owl and look her disappear in the sky. Her parents will never open the lettre. She smiles to the loneliness. It is her only friend, a loyal and unwavering friend. She turns back and goes down the stare when she meets an other pupil.

A lost letter
Parchment and quill tucked away in the bag hanging from his should, Leon quietly but eagerly walked up the staircase to the owlery. The main reason he was up here was to write a letter to Sasha and his mothers, something he'd promised to do at least once every two weeks, but then there was also the fact that he just wanted to be up here with the owls. He'd not gotten a chance to come up here yet, to sit with all the lovely birds and perhaps befriend a few of them if given the chance, but now that he was able, he was practically running up the steps. The idea of meeting all the owls gave him a certain sort of excitement that was very rare for the young boy. He wondered to himself how many were up there and if they'd like him. It was almost funny. The questions most people would ask themselves before meeting other humans were the kinds of questions Leon thought of before meeting... birds.
He didn't have any treats with him at the moment, but he'd make an effort to get some before he came to visit the next time. For now, he just wanted to sit against one of the walls, watching all the beautiful feathered creatures as he wrote his letter. And maybe, if he got lucky, nobody would notice him as he came in!
No such luck. At the doorway at the top of the staircase, Leon almost bumped into another student. He'd been so focused on meeting all the birds, he hadn't been watching where he was going. "Oh- Sorry. My bad." He took a step back.
