History/ Backstory:

Reducio

Early Days

Cara has been quiet and very observant all of her life. When she was a baby she rarely cried. Cara has always loved books, ever since she could walk she would always bring books to her mum, and her mum alway read to her. Cara never really had a favorite book, but she just continued to read. Her mum often took her to muggle libraries where they checked out tons of books. She would spend hours reading and her parents would often have to tell her to stop reading.

Favorite Activites

Cara still reads a lot, but she has found other interests and activities to do. For example, Cara has a growing interest in Care of Magical Creatures. She enjoys reading lots of books about Care of Magical Creatures and loves to be outside and observe nature. She also has found a love for music that has continued to grow as she gets older.

Cara’s Music Journey

When Cara was 5 her dad agreed to teach her to play the Electric Bass. She fell in love with creating music, and often helped her dad out with his band, because they didn’t have a bass player. After Cara had pretty much mastered the bass, her dad began teaching her the electric guitar. She became pretty good at it, and begged her dad to teach her more instruments. He was super busy with work, so when Cara turned 8 she taught herself the Piano. She became pretty good at it, mostly because of all the work she has put in. When Cara turned 9 and had her first instance of magic, her parents were super happy about it. Her dad even gave her a few drumming lessons! She caught on to drumming very quickly and finds it a fun way to get anger out, which is a side of her that nobody really ever sees. Right before Cara went off to Hogwarts her parents found a dusty saxophone in there muggle grandfathers basement. He had recently died, and Cara’s family was very close to them, as he had left all of his muggle items to them. Cara took the saxophone, fixed it up and has been teaching herself to play it. Sadly her parents refused to let her take it to Hogwarts.

First Instance of Magic

When Cara turned 8, her parents gave up on waiting for her first instance of magic. When she turned 9, she found out that some people were calling her best friend, who was a wizard born, a squib. She was infuriated and made everyone who called her best friend a squib have ants in their pants. Cara was extremely excited when this happened, so her excitement grew when she got her letter and went to London to buy her school supplies.

Time at Hogwarts

So far in the time Cara has been at Hogwarts, she has been sorted into Hufflepuff, and has joined the colorful dormitories. She has attended all of her classes and found that she enjoys transfiguration, charms and potions because she loves doing things perfectly.
In her second year Cara got contacts so she doesn’t have to wear her glasses!

Physical Description

Cara has medium brown hair and usually keeps it cut at a medium length. She often leaves her hair down but can occasionally be seen with it pulled back in a bun. She is around five two feet tall. She has blue eyes. She wears glasses to help her see.

Mental Description

She is quiet and hardworking. She tries her best at everything. She notices small detail that are usually overlooked. She loves to read and draw. She is loyal and follows the rules. Her friends and classmates would describe her as kind, smart, rule follower and she can sometimes be brave. She tries her best to make the right decision but sometimes makes mistakes.

Family Life

She lives with her mom and dad and has two younger brothers. One brother’s name is Justin is 9 and will be going to Hogwarts in a few years. Her other brother’s name is Parker and he is 5 years old. She is wizard born. Every day she helps her mom take care of her brothers, and she lets her mom do the magical chores around the house. Her dad works at the ministry of magic, he is an Auror, and is often out on the job. Her friends name is Athena.
