So I've been trying to vote the site up with the link and get some points for Hufflepuff, but whenever I try I get interupted by the turn off your adblock message. All my adblocks are on pause for these sites and the block notification is from a site I don't ever remember signing up for and isn't in my tool bar.

The voting is a link to the website Top RP Sites. They have certain measures active to prevent people from faking or manipulating their voting system, for example through bots. This can lead to multiple problems, for example that the website might not allow you in if you are accessing it through a proxy or VPN.

Since Top RP sites is its own website, the only advice I can offer you is trying to switch browsers or your ad block. I never had issues when using Firefox and uBlock Origin, for what it's worth.

I get the same message but it doesn't matter!

What I do is click the 'vote' link in remembrall and when it takes me to that place, I quickly click continue with voting green button before the message pops up. I've never missed a vote xD

So I've been doing that occasionally but I never got any message about awarding my house points so I wasn't sure if it went through. I'll just assume it does.

Yup you never get a message about awarding house points when you click it.
You only see it later on when the votes are counted.
