You'd have to ask Lear (I think they are the person you need to contact?) but I'm guessing probably not. But if it's a magical scar no you most likely can't because that would be too powerful and might interfere with storylines or stuff in general.

Nope. Only on a rare occasion can I see that being allowed on the site- sorry.

Your description should be reflective of the avatar you chose.
You can have unusual traits as long as they make sense, contact lenses to have purple eyes for example.
We will not accept a random curse giving a character inhuman characteristics.
Scars would be very unusual for someone with a magical background, we often ask members to remove the mention of scars (unless muggleborn) or to explain why they have a scar if they have access to magical medicine (which would prevent scars). iNPC applications are currently closed. However, they can have scars and other physical markings as long as they make sense and don't go against the site rating (see the section on 'violence'). Also, most scars that weren't caused by magic would be healed with magic at that country's equivalent of St Mungo's so keep that in mind.
By 'magic' scar, do you mean caused by magic or having magic properties (eg. harry's hurting when Voldemort is near and giving him visions)?
