OOC: If you aren't a part of Goosebumps Club but read the Newsletter somehow (perhaps a Club member gave it to you or you picked it up off the ground), and you want to make IC suggestions or complaints, or want to suggest a birthday, rumor, or ask a question, this is the place to do so. State the IC date you send this though.In the owlery, those who entered for a select purpose would see a stack of paper, each of them with different icons along the border of the pages. The first ten papers had a border of green slime, the next ten had a border of either evil looking pumpkins or smiling pumpkins, the next ten were with bats, and the last ten were with the muggle perception of witches, with green skin and a mole on the nose. On the back of each paper was a logo for The Scream. Granted, it didn't look like it does in the newsletter, as all the detail and green color wasn't implemented into the paper itself.
There would be an owl nearby to that stack of paper, but no one would know that owl actually belonged to Noah Jupe. Noah didn't exactly flaunt Billy Maxipup around to everyone. He preferred if he avoided the bullying from it. But in the owl, did reside Billy, and a note, as well as the stack of papers with the borders.
The note read, "If you are a part of Goosebumps Club, make sure to sign the bottom of the letter as concluding what you are sending this for. Some reasons may consist of Suggestions, Complaints, Birthdays, Rumors, or Questions. If there is anything else, feel free to request or tell us. If the pile of papers near the owl runs out, Billy (the owl) will get another stack from The Scream's office."

Hello….
I am writing you concerning a certain Noah Jupe. I know he is the head of this club, but still… the rumors about him are flying everywhere.
Is he a werewolf? That is one rumor about him. This seems possible due to him being scared of everything- could he have trauma from being bitten? Or does he have another type of trauma?

Dear, Scream Fan Mail Station,
I had some rumors that I wanted to share with you, ones that seem like they would fit perfectly in your newsletter. They are dark and slightly scary and would make a perfect edition to the rumors column. I hope you will use them in your next issue if possible!
I was wondering if you knew about Hunter Argentum's family being werewolf killers and that Hunter came to Hogwarts to find out if there are any attending students who are werewolves. Does this rumor have any truth to it? Or is it just mere speculation?
Speaking of werewolves and dark creatures, there's also a rumor going about that Wyatt Starkey has a reputation for learning or practicing dark magic when he's alone. Do these rumors have any truth to them, or are they all fake? I'm actually curious because rumors are fun but I don't believe them unless I know they're real.
On a lighter note, I'm curious about what Noah Jupe has said about Bailey Glade. Why does he call her a 'homework thief'? Did she really steal his homework? For what purpose? Is she plotting to try and get back at him for it? Does she steal other things too?
My last rumor is about Quinn Root. Is it true that she is a metamorphmagus, even though her parents weren't?

Noah walked into the Owlery, saw Billy Maxipup, and his face brightened up. Today, he was wearing his Goosebumps shirt, the one he had a rather fond liking for. The one with Curly, the gnarly 90's skeleton who had a pink mohawk at the time. Now, it wasn't the traditional black shirt though. It was the mix of black and green, in addition to a paint splatter shape with Curly. The all too familiar logo of Goosebumps Club went in a half-circle over Curly's head, inside the paint splatter shape.
He walked up to Billy Maxipup, gave him an owl treat, one for each of the previous rumor givers. Not that he knew who sent some rumors to the member of the Scream, as they all mentioned Anonymous as the sender. Now, Noah was going to do the same, but he couldn't exactly leave Billy alone. He desperately hoped Billy wouldn't feel... well... wouldn't hate Noah.
But he had some rumors to write, so he grabbed a piece of paper that had a jack-o-lantern on it, and proceeded to write.
He looked up at Billy several times throughout the course, but now was the time to focus for once. Yes, for once.The Rumors
Hello, my name is Anonymous, and I'd like to tell you a few things, or at least, a few things I have theorized about.
The first one is about Kim Sato, I deeply suspect that he secretly loves to fly, he just screams and acts afraid to fly just to seem different from the rest.
The second is... well... I'm feel like I should be ashamed to admit this, but, if you knew who I was, you'd know this is my standard. I love to dress like a superhero. I have a hunch that one day I will be a well respected man, despite my four foot two inches height.
The third. Well, Bailey Glade may say she never stole my homework, but I watched her do it! Right when I was on the ground! Can you believe that?
Opeila Winters is my fourth. I secretly believe she is somewhat a snake, not that I ever got to know her, I just think most people in Slytherin are snakes. Or maybe she has an obsession with them? Don't quote me on it though!
Ari Gwild, you made my list of rumors. I secretly believe that you look awesome with a bright neon pink, or yellow in your hair. Perhaps maybe remove all of the... edgelord look, and maybe look a bit- happy.
My sixth, has to do with Clair Fernandez. Why do I feel like that if I get Firewhiskey, and I said IF!, she would steal it from me?
My seventh, also has to do with Clair Fernandez, I heard she is dating someone from Koldovstorez... a cowboy? A Russian Cowboy? I feel like that should be mentioned.
My eighth, is on no one in particular, but this specific person, I'm not naming, believes that bathing at Hogwarts is impossible, even though he's seen it happen. Perhaps he just bathes when he gets home.
I think I'm back to Kim again. Well, Kim Sato. He must be skipping Flying class every day to go to Hogsmeade and getting drunk on firewhiskey. There is absolutely no other explanation.The Questions

I read your issue of the scream, the rumors section caught my attention. You had obtained a rumor that Quinn Root is a Metamorphmagus. I know the answer to this rumor, and would like to share.
She is absolutely not a Metamorphmagus. Have any of you seen her change her hair color? Have you seen her eyes change?
She is just not one at all!
Her eyes are hazel, So its probably just lighting that makes you think that. I would appreciate it if you would put some research into what you write about others. They are rumors!. This rumor is false.
