I got my trunk and waved to my dad, who was holding my sisters hand. My father already told me about this school, he and my mother used to learn at this school, they were both sorted in Gryffindor. Mostly all my father side was sorted in Gryffindor! So i don't panic about my house or think about which house i'm going to get sorted. Probably like my parents: Gryffindor! But my little sister says that i would be a good Hufflepuff.

When i got settled to train i saw a empty room so i sat on it and started to wait for other people, but nobody came. I still waited and someone opened the door and asked me:
"Can is sit here?"
She also looked new, just like me. I nodded and she sat down. There was a long silence so i started to talking:
" Are you new here? Do you wanna be friends? Which house do you think you will get sorted? Do you have a pet? Is it a cat? Do you like cats? Where were you born? Is your parents a Gryffindor too? "
I guess i ask to much but this is normal because i'm always like this!

I lugged my trunk down the train, squeezing past people with exclamations of "Coming through!" and "Excuse me!" Of course, I had no clue where I was headed. An empty compartment at most. I got to the end of the train, where I saw a girl with messy auburn hair. I sighed and pushed open the compartment door.
"Can I sit here?" I asked, squeezing through the door and collapsing into a seat. There was a long silence, during which I stared out of the window.

"Are you new here?"

I was about to reply when.....

"Do you wanna be friends? What house do you think you will get sorted? Do you have a pet? Is it a cat? Do you like cats? Where were you born? Is your parents a Gryffindor too?"

I widened my eyes against the onslaught of questions.
"Umm..." I stammered. "My name is Elesarh Lindsay. I am a first year, and I'm Muggleborn." I waited for the pureblood nonsense I had heard some people spout. "I don't really know what house....ummm....yes! I have a cat, she's here." I pulled the cage covered by a cloth towards me, gently lifting the cloth up to reveal my sleeping silver tabby. "Her name is Artemis, after the Greek goddess." I racked my brains, trying to remember the other girl's questions. "Err......I was born in London! Umm....what about you?" I scratched the back of my neck nervously.

I smiled when the girl answered me, she didn't told me to be quiet, that's what mostly people do. Yeah, i know i'm really and really annoying. So mostly when we go somewhere with my father he tells me to be quiet, so people won't get uncomfortable or run away from me. Everytime we go somewhere he reminds me to stay quiet. But today he isn't here so i can speak as much as i want! . I realized that girl also asked about me, made me happy. So i replied:
"I'm Scarfie Hansbinger! I do think that i would be a Gryffindor but i also could be a Hufflepuff! Well, I really like cats! They are so cute, especially the ginger ones! I'm a pure-blood but don't understand me wrong, we are not like others! Also you are Muggle-Born? What do you guys have? I never meet a mug- Oh, sorry forgot about it."
I was almost gonna call her a Muggle, i think that's offensive because she came to Hogwarts right? So that makes her a Wizard?

There was a silence until we arrived to Hogwarts. Nobody talked. Finally, let's head to sorting. I've been waiting for this moment for my whole life!
