I am sorry to be a bother, I have read the entry of how to create an Encyclopedia page, it is confusing the heck out of me, is there anyone who can explain it to me. I have read the threads and I am still confused.

And then I have seen some of my fellow students post images in their RPs, and was wondering how that gets done, I have created an image for my character and have no idea how to implement it into my RPs.

I would appreciate the help.

In terms of images, you need to upload the image to an image hosting website (I tend to use postimg), then copy the link to the image and use the code [img]LINK HERE[/img]

So, looking at the deleted post in this thread. It looks like your image (img) automatically converted into a URL (url) You should try uploading to imgur, and using the link provided from there.
