Noah and Billy were taken to Diagon Alley several weeks prior to their return to Second Year at Hogwarts, but their dads was feeling a bit compassionate on that day.

Gary started, but never finished his sentence due to Billy interuppting. "Want some Ice-"

"No! I want a pet!"

Steve crouched down and looked Billy in the eye. "Really? We only have maybe twenty galleons to spend today. And since I trust Noah- well... I'll get him a personal pet. Whatever pet he wants, and whatever pet you want Billy, it'll be a family pet, meaning we will keep it at home so you don't kill it on the first night."

And so, they went into the Magical Menagerie, a rather whimsical, magical, yet chaotic store which contained pets of all sort. Rather, cats, owls, snakes, spiders, pygmy puffs, toads and frogs, rats or mouse, whatever they were... the store was stocked to the brim with pets and their necessities as it seemed. And Noah fell in love with it. Maybe that could be his future profession... being the owner of so many beautiful pets, or maybe just someone to look after them. Both ideas are amazing.

Noah proceeded to look at Billy and saw Billy's mouth gape open at... SPIDERS? Noah screamed, and ran the opposite direction, and ran into Steve. "I'M SORRY DAD! I- I- DIDN'T MEAN TO!"

"Don't worry about it son. I think Billy just wants to scare you from never coming home. Don't worry, yer our favorite son, we won't let him get it."

Noah had tears in his eyes from his hysterics, and saw rows of owls behind Steve and Gary. "Wait. Dads. Can- Can I get a owl?"

Gary smiled. "For you, anything. Any pet you want."

Noah finally brightened up. "YES! Thank you so much Dads. I love you two so much!" He walked over to a brown owl, and the tag that was on the cage said Tawny Owl, and Noah smiled. He knew Tawny was a yellowish brown color, and this owl indeed looked that way to Noah. "But dads, are you sure? This owl, the one I want, is ten galleons. I can't do this to you! You two go work so much, just to get me my cape and my headband that I loved so much. You two encourage me to do well in school, continue with providing positivity over muggle shows and ideaologies that I have. I don't want to do this to you!"

Billy sneered. "Noah. You care too much for their money. Here's a tip... pick an expensive pet or item and watch them go broke."

Steve and Gary split up their conversation. Steve's talk was directed towards Noah, and Gary's was directed towards Billy.

"Listen Noah. I really am glad you care so much about us and acknowledge it, but really. I told you that you are our favorite son, because you care. You love. And you bring light into our lives. So yes. I will get you your Tawny Owl. What are you naming it?"

"BILLY! Really? You have that to say? Fine. You will not get a pet, not even for the family. I might ask Johnny later, but I am not happy with you. That is not a good thing to say, or do. Hell, even if you do it, DON'T SAY IT OUT LOUD! DON'T EVEN SAY IT."

Noah smiled. "Billy Maxipup. That's what I'm naming it. One, perhaps this 'Billy' will behave better than my stupid twin."

Billy was fustrated and stuck his tongue out at Noah. Steve and Gary smiled. The four walked up to the owners of Magical Menagerie. Steve got out his galleons. "I think this is ten galleons eh? My son wants to buy your Tawny Owl. Alright! Thank you!"

The owl was purchased.
