Recently I was trying to create a iNCP I had researched everything I needed to know and had a character in mind but when I went to create their encyclopedia there was no place for me to create one is there something I need to do to access the iNCP feature or is this just a glitch in the system.

you'll have to create it here, click on the right application thread, whether you want them to be in ilvermorny, koldov, beaux, or other schools. Then post your application there and wait for the approval. and you have to be indexed first if you haven't already
