Closed An Unexpected Friendship PV Renata Cuoco

It was a rather unusual day. Firstly, because Daniella had actually paid attention in class, and secondly, because she had gotten an 'A' for History of Magic. An 'A' meant acceptable, and Daniella was more than happy with an acceptable grade. The last few days it had been hard for her to keep up with homework, especially since she was eager to explore the castle rather than write essays.

Daniella left the classroom with a bag full of books over her shoulder, and her reading glasses on, which she did not wear often. Now she had to try not to get lost. Luckily she knew the way to the Hufflepuff common room by now, but the first few times it had been quite a challenge to get there.

Daniella suddenly bumped into someone, and her glasses fell onto the floor with a clatter. It was her own fault, since she had not been looking in front of her.

"Ow! I'm sorry!" She bent over and grabbed her glasses. They were not damaged. Luckily, as Daniella had not yet learned the spell 'Reparo'.

"Sorry for that." Daniella apologised again, and now looked at the person she had bumped into. The student had long, caramel blonde hair and sky-blue eyes, and was just a little taller than Daniella. "Um, I'm Daniella, by the way."
