Both Penelope’s parents are wizarding folk. She has a very close relationship with her father, but has a little tenser one with her mother, who is more serious. Unlike her father, who is casual and friendly. She takes her brother, who is only three years old, with a smile and a joke.
Her father had his own shop selling all sorts of food, like cakes or drinks. All of the snacks were personally made by Penelope’s mother, who is a very good cook.They were reasonably well-off, and Penelope made friends easily. All in all, their life was pretty good.
Penelope performed her first instance of magic when she was seven years old. She and her family was on vacation to the beach, and there were palm trees everywhere, and her parents and brother were relaxing on the benches. Penelope, however, was not the type to just sit still and lie somewhere, so she was running around, looking for something fun to do.
Penelope decided to try and climb the palm trees, to pick a coconut. But a huge coconut suddenly fell, and was about to hit Penelope on the head.
Penelope was rather startled, and raised her arms to try and shield herself from the coconut. However, the giant coconut, all of a sudden, suspended in mid-air, levitated by Penelope.

Penelope is an extrovert, and is very outgoing and assertive. She is very kind-hearted and empathetic toward people, but if you make her mad, she really blows up. She can be somewhat selfish, and is kind of a hypocrite, but is a good person deep down.
