They look questionable to me! closed

"Oh look, another glorious morning.... makes me sick!.... Or something like that."

The movie quote swirled around the brain still clouded with the haze of sleep, making thinking more complex than it should be. A dramatic yawn, one full of noise and over stretching of her mouth scrunched her features, making her appear as one of those cute dogs with all the wrinkles; a pug. Tiny limbs stretched above her head, stretching her tiny frame and giving her some more height, something she direly wished for. She was small, too small for her liking, causing the bag that rested securely upon her shoulders to rattle softly with the things inside. At an even 5 foot or 152.4 centimeters, she was actually rather tall for her age but in her definition she was teenie tiny. Maybe it was the jokes her brothers always threw at her about her short statute and how she was tall enough to be used as a table to put a soda on her head but, she absolutely detested her height.

The unscrunching of her features relaxed her, allowing her peircing blue eyes to be lit with the dance of the flames that moved hypnotically in the torches that was securely hinged to the wall. Her arms soon followed, creating a padded thump at her sides as the palms of her tiny hands met the soft fabrics of her robes. The soft click of her Mary Janes echoed against the stone, creating an acoustic rhythm. The beat was perfectly on beat as one foot went from heel to toe, heel to toe; repeatedly.

Upon the landing going down from the fifth floor, the nonchalant attitude slowly turned serious as her crystal blue eyes took in the movements of the stairs. Watching carefully, she took the steps like a pro, rushing down two at a time to beat the possibility of hitting a platform that she was not wanting. She was not strain for time, having woken up to allow plenty of time to get breakfast before heading for her first class. But she had no desire to play tetris with a stair case so early in the morning. The tiny beat of her heart quicken as she moved from one set of stairs to another, holding onto the banister for good measure as she finally settle her feet upon solid ground of the main floor.

A soft "shoo" fell from her, taking a steady breath to calm her rapidly beating heart. The magnificence of the Entry Hall, a marvelous wonder to her ever searching eye. Would she ever become use to such beauty of the secrets that was built within this castle? A rumble directed her attention to the hunger in her stomach, breaking her eyes from the splender. Pressing her lips together, she moved into the Great Hall, another portion of the castle that she adored so much not because of the food that resided within but the magical decore that floated above her, creating a poetic atmosphere that simply soothed her. Moving to the elongated table secured for those who were Gryffindor, her eyes wondered along the train of food that filled the greedy eye.

Fruits and bacon, juices and beagles; food galore. All you can eat and just the thought caused her stomach to rumble in satisfaction at such choices. But where to begin? Grabbing a plate, her tiny hand secure around an apple and a banana before finding the muffins. Tiny as she may, she could pack away the calories and still not gain an ounce. Choices after choices, her eyes wondered as she quickly decided what her craving tooth was wanting. But hold on, the small fingers fell still in mid grab as her irises saw her arch nemesis. Unmistakable, their yellow coloration shone in the flickering candles above. The soft pillow, cloud like consistency beckoned her with its floof. But she knew instantly what it was.

Eggs; dreaded eggs. An abomination to food groups. Straight eggs have always been her down fall. The texture so unpleasant to her. The taste just as vile. Scrunching her tiny nose, she revolted away, turning her head as her eyes peer to the side at such god awful things. Coming within feet of the slimy disastrous nourishment, she gently reached around them, grabbing two slice of bacon as she softly whispers;

"Are these eggs sanitary? They look questionable to me."
