Butter Beer Enjoyment[Closed] - Cauldron Great Hall

"It's so beautiful!" exclaimed Anna, silently as she entered the Great Hall. It was decorated with all types of colourful ribbons and lights. It was fascinating to see.
Anna chose one of the seats around the table and sat on it. It was true that she didn't have much friends yet. But she enjoyed the food served here. It was awesome. Her most favourite was, The Butter Beer. It refreshes her. Now, the enjoyment is not fulfilled until a friend also shares the enjoyment. This was the thing Anna didn't like. She hardly has made three friends, or so, she thought. "I think I have to make some friends. Or else, I will be left alone." Anna thought, sadly. She saw all the students gossiping. "Whom do I chat with?" she thought, stressed. She wanted to start it in a normal way, without disturbing the others. "Why are you so careful about not disturbing the others or not being rude?" her inner soul said, a voice which only she can listen. Anna ignored it. She knew very well that her inner soul was not much careful about these things.
"Anyone interested in Butter Beer? I am." Anna said aloud but softly. It didn't matter her if it was a bit strange. It was totally normal for her, though.

Lily was in the Leaky Cauldron with her family for the holidays, thinking about how much she wanted to go back to reading the book she’d started yesterday. She got up from their table and started walking towards the door when she heard a soft voice saying:

“Anyone interested in butter beer?”

She looked around and spotted the girl who’d asked this, sitting at a table. It looked like she’d said it to no one in particular, and Lily wasn’t sure if anyone but her had heard it. The girl seemed quite young, “She’s either a first like me or a second year” Lily thought. That made her more comfortable with the idea of talking to someone she didn’t know. Besides, her book could wait.

Lily walked back a bit and stood in front of the girl’s table. She cleared her throat load enough to get the attention of the girl and said:

“Hey, I’ll... um.. I’ll have a butter beer. If.. that’s okay” she smiled apologetically for no particular reason. Talking to strangers was always a bit difficult for Lily but she’d been at Hogwarts a few weeks now and it was time to make friends: “I’m Lily, by the way. Nice to meet you!” she added trying to sound as friendly as she possibly could.

"Why will anyone even reply to you girl?" Anna's inner soul asked her, a voice only heard by Anna herself.
"Why not?" replied Anna, "If anyone is interested in Butter beer. And more important, making friends."
"That's logical. But they have others to make friends with." said her inner soul.
"Oh gosh! Why do you always think negative?" Anna replied, angrily.
Hopefully, a girl came up to Anna. The girl said, "Hey, I'll... um... I will have a butter beer. If.. that's okay."
Anna was so happy! She atlast found a friend to share her enjoyment with.
The girl again said, "I am Lily, by the way. Nice to meet you!" in a friendly manner.
Anna said, "Oh! Nice meeting you too. I am Anna. Why don't you sit here please? We can enjoy butter beer together."
Anna tried her best to be polite and act friendly. Her cheeks started turning light pink again. She always felt better when she gets someone to talk with. And that thing delights her the most. She is normally shy but when it comes to challenges, she is rather brave and bold. No bully has ever tried to bully her yet.
"That's positive" Anna thought. She waited for the reply, patiently.

Winter had normally gone down to the leaky cauldron for some coffee, something about it just made it so much better than normal muggle coffee, well magic obviously! She was on her way to get herself a drink when she heard a girl yell out something about butterbeer. The girl was short with long black hair, she really didn't stick out from the crowd the way winter had, which was odd being winter hadn't been used to very outgoing people. assuming the girl was a first year it was even more surprising, that she had so much confidence, nonetheless it was a good thing.

though winter was indeed shy she decided to make her way over to the girl, just as another had done the same. the other girl had made it to the outgoing soul before winter had and so the two had a chance to speak somewhat before winter made it over. attempting to get out of her shy little box she spoke out first. she wanted to make it seem like she wasn't as shy though her furrowed eyebrows weren't helping to hide it. "u-uhm.. hi! I'm Winter Wolfhartz... I'm here by myself to get a drink- i-if you both don't mind could I join you?"

Now that she was up close with the two girls it seemed that they both were a year below herself. It wouldn't be the first time she had befriended the first year, after all, she had befriended a few on the train to Hogwarts. Now time will only tell if she can do the same with these two.
