Maeve Turner - First Year Slytherin
General-

Full Name: Maeve Eleanor Turn

Age: 11

Birthday: 23 June 2007

Zodiac: Cancer

Home: Manchester, England

Blood Status: Pureblood

House: Slytherin

Dream job: Magical Zoologist

Appearance-

Height: 4'4"

Hair: Blonde, to her navel, usually tied back into a high ponytail or two french braids

Eyes: Dark, stormy grey eyes

Extras: She despises fancy 'girl' clothes that she had been forced to wear during her upbringing. At Hogwarts, she sometimes looks 'lazy' due to the sweats and jeans she favors over dresses and skirts.

Background-

Maeve was born on the 23rd of June at 5:30 in the morning to Valernia and Farren Turner. She grew up in a magical household, and is very familiar with magic. She has three siblings. The oldest two siblings are twins, and are in fourth year. They are Dahlia and Benjamin (Or Doll and Ben). Dahlia and Benjamin look exactly alike. They have their mother's sleek, black hair, and her deep hazel eyes. They are overly protective of Maeve due to her stutter. The twins are in fourth year. Alexander is the third child in her family. He is in second year and an avid quidditch player. He and Maeve look almost exactly alike, except for the fact that Alex is taller and more muscle-y. He is the most confident of all the children. Maeve is the only one in the long line of Turners that has not been in Ravenclaw, and she doesn't know how her parents will react.

Personality-

Maeve is extremely shy. Her parents brought Maeve up in a secluded home, without much contact from other children her age. She has a stutter, and it always seems to embarrass her at the wrong moments. When she does have friends, though, she becomes loads more talkative and friendly, tossing aside her cold nature.

Hobbies-

Maeve plays the piano, and does it quite well. She loves flying, but hates quidditch. She does scrimmage with her siblings over the summers, though, so she knows the game quite well. Maeve's favorite book is Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by the one and only Newt Scamander. She idolizes him and wishes to be just like him when she grows up.

Family-

Mother: Valernia Turner (surname: Gorgon)
Valernia is very strict and pushes her children to the max. Schoolwork is more important than fun to this ex-Ravenclaw. She is disappointed in Maeve's house.

Father: Farren Turner
Farren is a Potions Master for Saint Mungo's. He isn't home very much, so he doesn't know his children very well. He is thrilled that Maeve is in Slytherin, as he hopes she'll become a Potions Master like him.

Siblings: Three
-Dahlia is the oldest by four minutes. She prides herself on this fact. Benjamin and her fight for best in their year in classes, and this year is the most ferocious fight yet. Her nickname is Doll.
-Benjamin is the second oldest, and Doll's twin. They call him Ben and he brags that he is smarter than Doll, as he was in the womb longer. He says it helped his brain develop more.
-Alexander is closest to Maeve, but not by much. None of Maeve's sibling want very much to do with her, but Alex tries to put time aside sometimes.

Grandparents: Grisen and Phillip Gorgon, Hannah and Farren Turner

Friends/ Acquaintances

Lucien Escanora, Slytherin: He is one of Maeve's closest friends. She met him before anyone else, and loves his company

Elizabeth Elliot, Slytherin: Maeve met her in the astronomy tower and hopes to become good friends.

Aravis Escanora, Slytherin: The two met at dinner, and Maeve hopes to become good friends.

Guy Graham, Slytherin: Guy is probably the coolest person Maeve has ever met, due to being muggleborn. They are good-ish friends.

Ophelia Swanson, Slytherin: Ophelia is really cool, Maeve likes that she likes Magical Creatures.

Mia Alexander, Slytherin: Mia is a pretty good friend, and Maeve really likes their friendship

Olympia Allman, Hufflepuff: Olympia is probably one of Maeve's best friends, she calls the girl 'Olly'.
