After a long road within the time of the fresh Autumn leaves fell, was the day she got onto their car, the trunk filled with leather bags, trunks and shelf of books, her shoulder slightly brushing onto her brother's side as she peeked out the window, seeing her other siblings who couldn't go to their work, giving a small last goodbye to the things familiar to her.
Despite the joy they all had, they realized how lonesome it would be once she finally heads over, to look back and see the passing cars and slightly tapping onto the window like piano keys, her fingers gingerly pressing onto the cold window watching the hear emit off her fingers before returning to the small tingling cold, laying her back to the polish seat. Closing her eyes.
Slowly reminiscing the time as they slowly left home towards London, a long journey that made her homesick slowly more and more.
' it's time.'
The girl took a deep breath, her family following alongside her as her brother, pushing his cart as he gave her a small toothy grin, her mother patting her head and her father keeping himself from crying. "Look at our girl, already grown-up" He sniffled slightly as he went towards the young girl and gave her a firm and warm hug.
"I'm going to miss our family dinner" he sighed, looking off the station. "It's not that bad, I mean we're going to see each other at Christmas yeah?" Chess smiled as he hugged her back her widening, hugging her mother as well.
"Well your father is right, this school is going to make you live far away" Ava sighed, cupping her cheek." we will miss you dearly, please be good...Henry will be there to watch over you if something happens"
"Yep and I'll make sure no one bad would happen!" He smiled before patting onto her shoulder, slightly bumping onto it. "plus you might find friends here too! Who knows" Henry pointed out, humming slightly as he leaned into the bars with a small hum. The girl nodded, leaning onto her mother's hand as she gripped onto her father's blazer before finally letting go to hold onto her cart.
"Right then I'll go okay? Tell the others I'm going to miss them and tell brother Callisto to stop overworking himself and tell sister Isolde to be careful-"
Caspian gave a hearty laugh, ruffling her hair, giving her a huge grin before resting his head onto her forehead. "Relax, okay sweetie? I've been there before, it might get rough sometimes but, there are good people out there...I'll miss you though" Chess nodded smiling as she felt a swell of emotions stirred, eyes brimming with tears. "I know...I'll miss home too"
The girl slowly moved away, her hands slightly clammy onto the bars as her finger twitched and gripped into the bar, her brother ahead of her, giving her an emphatic smile before running ahead of her, phasing through the brick wall, disappearing.
She looked back, watching her parents wave goodbye again before she faced the brick wall and run, gaining momentum as she closed her eyes, flinching in instinct when she went closer to the wall, practically sticking herself by the bars before being transported to a whole new world, the station as if went back to the past.
Unlike the modern world that she had come to grow accustomed to more, a smile grew on her face. It was the magical world, the wizarding world.
