Mom and Dad, Please Understand
t was time to let his parents know. It was a little nervewracking to see what his parent's had to say about it. But he was going to send it anyways.Important Note: This is a letter from Cody to his parents, letting them know tha the was a wiccan, but he also needs a few things to go with his Book of Shadows that he has. Please note that you aren't compelled to read this. Any and all perspectives of Wicca is from my OOC view, since I am one. Everyone practices differently, and I do just that.

My beliefs are completely different, and I only wish that you both are accepting of it. On the other hand, I also am in need of several things. And don't tell the prefects or professors here, but I can go to Hogsmeade and get a knife for an athame. But, what I need from you right now, is a set of crystals, the list attatched to this letter. Answer this owl back and I'll send over what i can find, maybe the entire collection! Maybe a Quartz wand! I heard those things are awesome! Do you want a dreamcatcher too? I've heard about your dreams, and I probably will even more, now that Freddy is- uh- ok. Well- also, for now on, you have my permission to wherever you want to go over winter break. Just stay safe. Please let me know when you get this owl. Try not to think about it so much.

Somewhere in EnglandHere son, attatched to our family owl, and I know it's so late, but, me and your new father decided to get you something you want, knowing that Yule is over, adn for the rest of us, Christmas is over. But you? We didn't exactly get to celebrate your birthday, so, I hope you enjoy this gift.
Inside the box, which is being sent to you once you receive this letter, is a altar cloth for your altar, like a tablecloth for us, but used primarily for altars. multiple herbs are included, in the- uh- I think they're ten millilitres? I'm not sure, but they're decent sized jars with crushed herbs. Several different crystals are included, including one you asked for before you came to Hogwarts, an Amethyst Crystal. In another bottle of the same size, there is black salt, according to the instructions it comes with, it's meant for protection, as well as the pentagram amulet you got, and last item in the box is a bag of frankincense.
Once you receive that box, my new husband, your new father, handpicked a special athame for you, well, crafted one for you. He hoped it would fit you well. It's of a silverish black metal thingy- whatever, you'll see it once it comes in. But, don't let your professors see, and if your mom knows about it, she would've killed me! She's so for following rules at Hogwarts, she forgets that I didn't have a chance to go to Hogwarts, so I want you to make the most of it, have fun at Hogwarts, unless we pull you out, but guaranteed, there's a reason.
