Summer Camp
Hanzo was beginning to grow quite bored with the camp’s activities.
Well – in hindsight, perhaps such a statement wasn’t completely true. To rephrase, Hanzo was beginning to grow rather bored with his circumstances. He had begun to regard himself as quite the unlucky fellow, in fact, what with the manifold bouts of ill luck that seemed to befall his presence regularly. His friends, for instance, had utterly deserted his presence for the day at hand, and the day before, in search of what the young Norwegian could only assume to be a more entertaining presence than his own. Romeo, notably, had also been uncharacteristically quiet lately – a fact that had left a pit in his stomach larger than he’d be willing to admit. In other news, a squirrel had recently bitten him. He’d stepped in mud. Spilled coffee on his shirt. Alas, it would seem as if fate were having a grand old time messing with his temperaments as of late. But Hanzo supposed he couldn’t complain. He could be quite unkind himself on a bad day.
And the day itself wasn’t exactly horrible, he noted idly to himself – blue skies, white fluffy clouds, a wayward breeze that seemed to perfectly balance out the heated rays of the summer sun. Scotland was anything if not beautiful, far from the icy wonderland in which he hailed. He would do his best to enjoy the day at hand, revel in the refreshing aura that was the Scottish atmosphere. Perhaps he’d meet someone new. Complain cheerfully about the misfortune that had befallen him recently. Jeer kindly as his acquaintance complained of his own mishappenings. The possibilities were endless.
He would set himself down gracefully upon a bench, hands clutched gently in each other as he wearily watched his fellow camp inhabitants travel to and fro. The weather had permitted him to wear articles previously untouched in light of the fearsome Scandinavian weather he had once inhabited – rather than the thick jacket and boots he typically donned, he had taken utmost pleasure in changing into a pair of whitewashed skinny jeans and an oversized button up, colored a warm yellow and checkered with hints of beige and light blue. He’d also leapt on the opportunity to wear an untouched pair of Vans, gifted to him by a friend – a muggle shoe, but one he’d grown to appreciate, despite its new mud-covered appearance. Such articles allowed him to bask in the wonderful weather in pure comfort, his head cocked back as to revel in the summer sun as his hands gripped the back of the bench, legs kicked out upon the freshly-manicured grass. Ah, if he couldn’t enjoy the company of his friends, he could in the least enjoy the pleasant scenery that was the Hogwarts Campgrounds.
I probably haven't collected my allowance yet.

Summer Camp 2021 was as pleasant to Theodore as his first camp, if not even more. The last camp had been in London near the Quidditch Stadium, which had been impressive enough, but next to Hogwarts? Seemed like a dream to him. He only wished they had been allowed inside, it would have been great to be allowed to explore.
But what was he complaining about? The professors of all schools had really put effort into making the camp a success. Theo really had a lot of fun.
But today he didn't feel like swimming or doing any of the prepared activities, instead he felt like taking a walk around the camp.
They wouldn't be around for too much longer, so Theo would not waste his chance to explore the grounds of Hogwarts castle that looked really quite beautiful. The weather was amazing to, nothing spoke against a little time to himself there. Besides... he may or may not have managed to leave his coat lying around somewhere and he really couldn't remember where. So, before his mother would strangle him, he better went to look for it. If he only already knew the summoning charm...
He did manage to find it in the end, folded over the back of a bench that he could vaguely remember to have sat on a few days ago. Now there was someone else sitting on there, a boy Theo had never spoken to before. Now he walked towards him with a friendly smile on his face. "Hi there, sorry to disturb you. Seems I've dropped my coat here.", he told him. "I'm Theo. Mind if I join you"
