History
Alex was born March 10th, 2010 in London, England into a magical family consisting of her two parents and two older brothers. Her mother, a pureblood, and her father, a muggle-born, met at Hogwarts and married before moving to London to start a family and raise their children. During the first eleven years of her life, Alex attended a muggle school in London. Her parents wished for her to experience the muggle world before entering the world of magic, so she became well acquainted with muggle life and even made strong bonds with muggle friends. Both her parents worked in the magical world, but they made active efforts to spend time among muggles with their children to show them a balance in life and a kindness towards those without magic.
Alex's magical abilities made themselves apparent one random night when her brothers had locked her in the family cellar. Scared of the dark, her cries had sparked the light above her to flicker and provide light amidst the shadows. It was small and only lasted until she realized she was the one causing it, but it was magic nonetheless. Not long after, she received her letter of acceptance to Hogwarts. A few months later, she was finally able to join her brothers at Hogwarts.
While she had hoped to be sorted into Gryffindor based on her brothers' stories, Alex was sorted into the house of Hufflepuff. It was unexpected, but she welcomed the Badger with open arms and began her journey at Hogwarts.

Personaltiy
Alex can be many things but the one consistency is her genuine nature. Whether it's her studies, her passions, or her emotions, everything is genuine and true. She is intelligent and learns quickly if she puts her mind to it. The bonds she forms are true and deep, holding an important place in her heart. She tends to be very emotional and a bit of a people-pleaser, which she will have to learn how to deal with as she grows older. Her anger is a rarity, but when it makes an appearance, it burns bright and hot. She is protective of those around her and of her ideals in life, so she is willing to turn sour in order to protect those things.

Appearance
Dark brown, bouncing curls adorn her head, framing her long, angular face. Her eyes are a warm chocolate brown with freckles in her right pupil. Those who really look into her eyes will see the fire that glows behind them. She is tall for her age, appearing a little lanky and awkward, but she will grow into this as she ages.
