Journey into the unknown  Closed
Lewis said goodbye to his parents with a small smile. He didn’t really want to leave them, but he was looking forward to going to Hogwarts. He kissed is mother on the cheek as she said in a worried voice:
Take care of yourself, my little one!
Yeah mum… Well then, I’m off! I’ll write you a letter as soon as I can!
Then he walked away to the train door. He greeted his parents and then got into the carriage. He looked around as he walked down the corridor, looking for an empty compartment. When he finally found one, the train was already moving. The boy sat down comfortably, took out the bag with his lunch and hoisted his case onto the luggage rack. Then he started to look out of the window. He really didn’t feel like reading. Besides, the only book he had was Hogwarts, a history by Garius Tomkink, which is not exactly a fun read. So he let his mind wander. He was finally going to meet some Muggle-born… He had never really been out of the house and his only friends were his parents’ “special recommendations”, and of course they were all Pure-blood. Did Muggle-born have the same personality than Pure-blood? Maybe they were more free-spirited? And in which house would he go to? Didn’t the Sorting Hat get bored waiting all year for the sorting ceremony? His thoughts were becoming totally meaningless and he was getting really bored, even though he was only been sitting there for five minutes.

@Zylpha Scarborough, I hope it's good for you !

"That’s definitely not true."
"Of course it is. I read it on Wikipedia."

"Now, remember, it is important that you make a few friends, sweetheart," Mae said to her daughter. Zylpha nodded, trying to be confincing, although her mother gave this speech for the seventh time this week. "You will spend most of your time there for the next seven years or so, and you really do not want to be alone." Zylpha sighted. "Yes, mom, I know!" Her mother smiled at Zylpha, although Zylpha still saw a hint of worry. She gave her mom a hug, then her father, Lazarus, and then her younger siblings: Leah, Aphra and Isaac. Last in the line was Absalom, her older brother. To his own regret, and most of the family's, Isaac was a squib. Despite being born to two Pure-Blood wizards, he himself did not possess any magic at all. He was suppossed to be the first to go to Hogwarts, and here Zylpha was: five years younger, yet the first Scarborough to go.
"I will miss you," Zylpha whispered, as she hugged her brother. "And I you, little one," Absalom said. "I got you a little something for the road." A little present appeared from behind his back. Zylpha eagerly opened the package and found a book. 'A Deadly Education' by Naomi Novik, how cruel of Absalom, yet Zylpha could appreciate the joke. She gave him another, more firm, hug. Then she took off to the Hogwart Express, with her heavy trunk. Once she hauled her trunk inside the train, she took one more look at her family and waved at them. As the doors of the Hogwarts Express closed, Zylpha started dragging her trunk through the corridor of the train. She was searching for an empty booth, but found none.
Eventually, she found a booth with just one boy inside. She decided that this was just as fine! She opened the booth and carefully asked: "Is this still free? Or are these seats taken?" She looked at the boy as she awaited his response.
