Ophelia has long, straight flowing locks of medium-dark brown hair that reaches all the way down to her waist. Her hair is rarely tied up, as she prefers to have her hair flowing by her sides. She also possesses a pair of glittering green eyes that give her an overall gentle look, or so her friends say. Ophelia stands at 154 centimeters, which she boasts is tall for eleven years of age. 

Ophelia is a perfectionist, and she it is likely her most notable feature. As the oldest child in her family, she finds it important that she becomes a role-model for her younger siblings and that she succeeds in every area she can, which is likely where her perfectionism derives from. As a side effect of this trait, Ophelia is also very observant, hardworking, and is afraid of failure of any kind (especially failing grades). She has also become somewhat stubborn, specifically when she's defending her values, and often becomes useful as it indirectly hides being incorrect about something (which she also sometimes considers messing up). Her title as the oldest sister has also allowed her personality to evolve into a gentle and caring individual, having been always surrounded by her younger siblings. Despite this, Ophelia knows when to draw a line to prevent her from being taken advantage of. 

{FAMILY OVERVIEW}
Ophelia's family was never truly ambitious and even underachieving, as they never try to raise their reputation. Most of the family is always happy where they end up, and never try to earn more, focusing on other issues that lie in their path. This trait, however, is one that Ophelia dislikes and has caused her to make it her goal to achieve more than the basic foundation of life. The Swanson family has always had inconsistent house sortings, and it isn't uncommon for their family to have members of the same generation in all different houses. Her family used to be pure blooded, but once the family's ambition began to fade, wizards and witches began marrying muggles.

Both of Ophelia's parents, however, are wizard-born and were both sorted in the Ravenclaw during their time at Hogwarts. Her father, Cassius Swanson, decided to further his knowledge in Herbology once he graduated. Her mother, Brooke Avila, became a medwitch after she finished her studies at Hogwarts. Cassius, like any other Swanson, never wanted more, while Brooke had calm and focused traits.

{EARLY LIFE}

Through her early life, Ophelia lived a rather simple life. As the eldest child of her family's generation, and while most families force expectations onto her shoulders, Ophelia set her own expectations on herself. Because she is naturally a perfectionist, she finds a joy in succeeding and being able to demonstrate to her younger relatives the fruits of success. She would spend most of her days playing and spending time with her siblings or with her muggle friends. If she wasn't spending time with her muggle friends or her siblings, she'd be spending learning small bits of the wizarding world from the stories her parents told her. These were the stories that fed Ophelia's excitement as she waited for the year she turned eleven, and for her first letter via owl.
