━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Reducio The fourth-born daughter of Delta Fir, who fell from grace, and Charles Hanburry, a wealthy second-son whose abandonment by his former first-wife led to a criminal career under an alias. Delta and Charles had a loveless marriage, so the production of their children was needed to carry on the family name. They decided to continue to conceive until they had a son but failed every time. Frustrated, Charles thrust aside his youngest daughter in favour of her older siblings. Delta took a heavy hand in the upbringing of Ana, and Delta intended to raise her for one reason and one reason only: to have an heir to succeed her. Ana was raised almost utterly alone under the shadow of Delta. Groomed to continue Delta's research after her work was rejected and shunned from a hospital within the city. This toxic environment was no good for any child, and she grew up through the length of her childhood largely neglected emotionally. Following the exposure of Delta's research, their family managed to evade prying eyes for four years as residents in Hyndland, Glasgow. There she developed a deep connection to its dark and twisting alleys and passages and felt safe between its walls where many others would reasonably not. While her sisters began to affiliate with children their age with warm and kindly personalities, Ana herself stayed closer to the children of her mother's affiliates who, like her, were more introverted. As a naive child, Ana’s temperament was a fire that couldn’t be constrained yet she lacked any natural magical abilities. Her first occurrence of accidental magic was a shock, transpiring in her mother's office in the presence of a colleague at the age of six. Desperate for attention, Ana pulled on the man's jacket and he reacted by forcing her away, prompting her to topple over. As a response, Ana’s magic turned the man’s hair a fluorescent shade of pink. Her family, as standard in the Muggle community, were bewildered at their daughter's magical talents. The appearance of a Professor on their doorstep didn't help to lessen the blow that their daughter was something more than ordinary. Gifted her acceptance letter to "Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry", Ana was removed from her primary school in favour of attending the aforementioned. And now that the time has come to attend Hogwarts for her first term, it's understandable why she feels so exposed and skittish about the castle, desperate to fit in and to have a purpose. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Reducio Standing at around 5ft and 3 inches, Ana is taller than most of her peers already and her growth appears to not be slowing down anytime soon. Her build is lean and slender, being a keen athlete with long arms and legs. At a first glance, however, it is not her build that catches attention but rather her face. Nothing about her is particularly striking or alarming; her beauty is rather delicate, enhanced with effortless features. There is something very innocent in her face and that draws people in. Ana’s face is diamond-shaped and her features rounded and exaggerated, though not lacking depth, with a cool-toned complexion. The relation to her mother, Delta, is unmissable and Ana actively resents that. The pair are almost identical, with thick eyebrows, blue eyes, and lips full and pouted. Her face is framed by silky blonde hair, cascading down to her collarbones where it rests, messy but straight. Ana often wears her hair up, accompanied by a black cap, or braided by her older sisters that she once shared a bedroom with. Very rarely does Ana wear her hair down, but when she does, it's often curled. She is rarely expressive bar the occasional polite smile unless Ana is around someone she feels comfortable with.
