Blurry Text and Icons in Bottom Banner
Description of the problem:
The icons and text centered in the bottom banner of every page are blurry and out of focus.
(The world signpost and search icon on the far left and right of the same banner seem to be fine though!)

Alas, I am not able to reproduce this problem on my devices, and thus to repair it
