You first need to make 20 posts and topics and stay in Hogwarts for 10 days. After doing so, you need to go to any subject's section and at top left most corner, you will see some buttons. From them, select the button which shows- Lectures.
There is nothing impossible unless you make it look complex.

The above is correct. Alternatively after the 10 days and 20 posts, you'll notice a report card button in the drop down beneath your profile, upper right corner of the screen. Click on that, and it will give you access to the available lessons of your year. Be sure to read the rules of each individual homework before submitting.
