Description of Problem:
When I hover over the character's photo frame on top right of the screen and click on the character's name, we can see several choices of menu. I chose "Preferences". However, no matter how many times I checked on the ones I want and clicked "Save", it did not actually save; in fact, after it said "your preferences have been updated", it kept on returning to the original ("Show my e-mail to other wizards" was checked while the others unchecked).
