"Quick Reply" Option Missing on Certain Forums
The "Quick Reply" option created in one of the newest updates does not appear in the Technical Support part of the Encyclopedia. I understand that this forum was only created today, but I thought I'd point it out in case other new forums made in the future have the same problem.

It should now be activated on every forum.
However, admins should be careful when creating a forum as it is not, for some reason I don't know, enabled by default.
