History (backstory): Kate was born in Holt in a human hospital. Her mother being a witch and her father being a muggle. Her mother decided not to tell Kate about magic because she wanted to live like a muggle. When Kate celebrated her fifth birthday she got a kitten her mother said the cat was not wanted anymore at the shelter she worked at. The same day her mother got called to rescue an animal but it was a trap by criminals. Kate was devastated when she heard the news. On the morning of her sixth birthday, she found her cat dead. Kate was so angry she rushed into her room and accidentally generated a bright red light. Kate didn't want to go to school anymore so her father educated her. Kate never made any friends since she barely left her house. On her eleventh birthday, Kate's father told Kate that her mother a wizard was. Kate was shocked and overwhelmed. Her father gave her a framed picture of her cat. He also gave her a letter. Kate's father signed Kate up because she had potential and it was the best for her she would also make friends so her father signed her up. When Kate arrived at Hogwarts she was amazed. When the sorting hat was placed on her she tried to clear her mind and then she heard: 'R..avenclaw!' Kate was happy with her house.
