Where'd You Go?
Mentioning: @Wren Windgazer
Paisley wandered around, swinging her legs. She watched the floor and people's feet go by anxiously, not even looking up as one of her friends greeted her. She only muttered a simple, "Hi," before veering away. She was too worried to talk to people right now.
Where's Wren? she wondered. The girl who usually shared a dorm with her had been no where to be seen for days. It wasn't as if Paisley and Wren had the best relationship. In fact, they practically despised each other. Still, the young Gryffindor was anxious. Where had her enemy gone?
The first day there was no Wren, Paisley barely noticed. She went along with her day peacefully, and it was only until that night when she realized her enemy was gone.
The second day Paisley looked around for her, but decided not to go to a teacher yet. Dipper was always sneaking around, she very well could've been in the forbidden forest. I wouldn't want her in there either.
The third day Paisley couldn't take it. She had walked right up to a teacher, and asked them boldly, "Where's Di-I mean Wren?" the teacher had studied her for a few moments before replying.
"The hospital." the answered simply, leaving the young girl dumbfounded. How had Wren gotten herself stuck in the hospital.
Paisley walked around, trying to clear her head. Before she knew it she was lost, surrounded by glass-encased trophies. She looked around, her reflection shining off of each case. I wonder if I'll ever win a trophy? she asked herself, looking around. It was amazing at how many names she recognized, and how many she didn't. She had never spent very much time in here before. What would I win it for?
A loud crunch beneath her foot startled her. She looked down and scoffed as she realized it was a chip. Seriously, who leaves chips on the floor of the trophy room? This is not a usual place to eat.
She looked around some more, but a glaring light kept catching her eye, making it hard for her to see. What is that? she wondered, squinting.
She walked over to the corner of the room, where the light was coming from, and picked up whatever was making the bright light. It was an orange crystal that looked oddly familiar.
"It's the second crystal! I found it!" she said happily, putting it securely in her pocket. "I need to go find Wren!"
She hurried out of the trophy room, heading to the hospital wing.
