Meeting under the stars Aurora Vaughn Closed

Jane slowly climbs the steps of the astronomy tower. We mustn’t hear her. What she does is forbidden and she feels her tummy squeezed. She should never have done that, but it was necessary. She was told about night vision. It should not be done. It should not be done to her. She is far too curious. So, even if she is a serious student, she wanted to see with her own eyes.

His stress increases with each new walk. The stress of being heard, that there is someone at the astronomy tower. Yet she has nothing to worry about. With her stealth approach, no one is likely to hear her. She is aware of the punishment she could receive. She was also aware of this when she made her decision this morning.

A ball is forged in her throat as she arrives at the door of the astronomy tower. She climbs the last steps and pushes the door. It slowly opens and squeaks. Jane sneaks in quietly and enters the tower. Whoever told her about the view did not lie to her. It’s incredible. You can see the constellations. Jane doesn’t know them all, but she recognizes some of them. The sky reminds her of her family. She remembers long evenings in the open air, surrounded by her mother and twin.
