A New Friend?
Saiara Martin
Saiara found herself outside the school, walking around the grounds. She passed by the club area, the Great Lake, The quidditch training area, almost every place but the courtyard. It wasn’t like she was avoiding it, mostly just saving it for last. She was new and honestly, it was easy for her to get lost. Wandering outside kind of reminded her of home, it was days outside just before school, her parents rushing her off to school because she either overslept or rushed herself and forgot something (It doesn’t happen as often as you would think but still.) Okayy, so if I turn right here there, should be the courtyard.
She went off of memory, and soon approached the courtyard. It was beautiful, the greenery was amazing. Again, it was like a dream, it was too beautiful to actually believe. It made her feel special, like this was her world and everybody else was just living it. She came across a girl with light pink hair, it intrigued Sai. It looked like she was sketching in a journal With an unusual pencil? Saiara couldn’t tell what it was, just that she was writing with it. Maybe she’s a muggle-born? Hermione? Saiara thought and with that she slowly approached the girl.
“Hello, if you don’t mind me asking, what’s that that you’re using. I don’t really recognize it.” Saiara said while switching her eyes towards the girl and the pencil. “Also, I’m Saiara Martin, First year Ravenclaw!” Saiara fixed her gaze on her eyes, they were like an ocean. The girl’s looks definitely was different from what she was used to, maybe it was because she was sheltered or really wouldn’t bother to go out of her comfort zone with making friends. She sat down by the girl, keeping her distance just so that she doesn’t accidentally cross her boundaries.
