Friend Of A Feather

Crystal slowly walks into the Magical Menagerie. The sound of all the different animals start to mix together and echo off the walls. Crystal takes a deep breath and begins walking around the small shop to see if anything catches her attention. She passes by all the toads, cats, spiders, rats, Pygmy Puffs and lizards and figures out none of them were for her. She knew at that point she wanted an owl to be her pet. She walks over to the wall to where all the owl cages are located. Crystal slowly walks back and forwards while looking at all the different kind of owls. After a few minutes of looking she a small brown owl. Crystal instantly falls in love with it's big light yellow eyes and small cute beak. She proceeds to put her hand right next to the owls cage to see what it’ll do. The small owl slowly tilts its head to the right before slowly scooting across its perch. When it reaches the end of the perch it lovingly rubs its small head against Crystal hand while letting out a quiet hoo.

Anita walks up behind Crystal

“Are you finding everything okay over here?", Anita asks.

"Yes, I was just thinking of getting this owl", Crystal responds.

"Okay I can defiantly help you with that. I just want to make sure he's the one you want before I get him out for you", the shop woman says back in a cheerful tone.

Crystal looks at the owl one more time to make sure its the one that she wants. The small owl and Crystal make eye contact.

"I'm sure", Crystal says with a smile

'Perfect I will get him out of his cage for you", Anita says happily

Anita opens the cage and lets the small owl perch on her hand. She turns to Crystal and hands the owl over to her. The small owl flaps its small wings ever so slightly. Crystal slowly takes her other hand and pets the owls head gently. Crystal's eyes behind to tear with joy because she knows she has just found the perfect pet. Crystal then walks over to the counter where the shop woman is waiting.

"That'll be 15 Galleons", says Anita

Crystal puts her new pet on her shoulder before reaching into her pocket to get the galleons. She hands them over to the shop who takes them and put them in a drawer behind the counter.

'Before you leave do you have a name you want to name him?", Anita asks.

Crystal thinks for a second

"Issak, she replies

Anita lets out a small chuckle

"And how are we spelling that?, Anita asks

I-S-S-A-K, Crystal responds

"Perfect", says Anita in happy tone

Anita hands Crystal a piece of paper with her owls name and birthrate on it

'Enjoy your new pet, Anita says right before Crystal walks out the door
