A fancy version of Zorro, and of course, Zorro doesn't have bright messy green hair but Jay Victoria does whatever they want.

A rapier sword, it is extremely dull and looks like a fancy prop. Its real though, and perhaps stolen. It isn't very long but neither is short, it's just at a perfect length that no one could get hit by it.
