Adding my two cents. I personally think Colossus would be a great name for a Pygmy Puff.
Lana's suggestion is good. Celeste is a very pretty name, and fitting for a puff. I've noticed that Puff owners usually go with a friendlier, or floral route (if that makes any sense) when naming their characters pets.
But if I had to choose a name it would be Colossus. Or Bibble- because for whatever reason, they remind me of the blue thing from Barbie Fairytopia.

Maybe Florence? Or perhaps you could do something more playful, like Bubble or Sprite? A few other good small pet names are Zoom, Twitch, Tickle and Domino.
