Normally it would take no more than 7 days. However, real life comes first, so please allow up to 14 days for us to finish one order. If you order more than one service, your orders may come separately.

Unfortunately no. Please pay as soon as you place your order. If we do not receive your payment, we would not start working on the order.
How should I pay?
Reducio
IC money is highly preferred. However, if it is not possible, any item from Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade are acceptable. Please make sure that the item has an equal IC money value with the original Sickles price. Currently, we unfortunately cannot give you a change; so if you send a 10 Sickle item for a 7 Sickle order, you will not receive the 3 Sickle change together with your order.

We are terribly sorry about that. Please reach us via owl no longer than 14 days after your order is sent and we would see what we can do. Please do note that we reserve the right to refuse making a change on your order if we feel that you have requested a change which is too difficult, or too many changes. There would also be no refund for any order placed and paid.
