Alfie ran threw the wall, all at the same time wondering how he's not going to crash.
He came out the other side feeling relieved and as he turned to look at the infamous Hogwarts express he gasped at the beauty of the train. Sure he'd heard stories about it but could never imagine it as good as the view in front of him.
He heard footprints behind and turned to see his mother and father walking through the wall.
"It truly is a wonder to see isn't it son?" asked his dad as he came up to him smiling at the train likely remembering the times he spent on it. Alfie could only nod as at this point his excitement peaked and didn't know how to contain himself.
His mom, probably seeing his excitement, knelt down to eye level and spoke in her calm silky voice "Now Alfie I know you like to play tricks and jokes, and I know how excited you are but remember to study hard. Your father and I were Ravenclaws and we embolism knowledge and hope to strive and I know you can do it. However know, whatever happens and whatever house you get in we will still be extremely proud of you."
Alfie didn't know what to say so he hugged his mum tightly before finding a compartment to put his trunk with his dad.
Once they were done he went back outside to say goodbye to his parents, in which they told him to write and that they'd see him next Christmas. With that he turned round and headed to the train for the start of a new journey.
