History:
Born to an average middle class family in Northhamptonshire.
His life was uneventful for the first decade of his life. His parents divorced when he was 7, his dad left the country not long after and Alby hasn't seen him since. Living as a single child with his mum in Northhamptonshire led him to develop a strong independence as he had to do most of the jobs around the home and care for his mother as she became ill when he was 8. She later recovered a year after but the routine stayed constant. Alby still continued to work his calloused hands to the point of no return.

When Alby was a 10, a young student by the name of Gregory stole his chocolate bar. One of the few delicacies Alby would actually get to enjoy each day knowing that dinner is the same meal night after night after night. Alby's frustration towards Gregory's arrogance led him to accidentally lighting his pants on fire; also melting the chocolate bar which was of Alby's greatest concern at the time. It was put off as an act of violence and deemed Alby to be a mentally ill pyromaniac.

A year later, an invitation is received. Hogwarts. Alby's mother was hesitant but believed he needed a form of escapism. Allowing him to go, Alby departed on his way to Hogwarts where the sorting hat would put him into the powerful house of Ravenclaw and so began his magical journey.
