Lexie Radilynn McIntyre didn’t like it when people told her what to do. She didn’t like it when people told her there was something she couldn’t do. So didn’t her father, Kyle William McIntyre, who was nearly placed in Slytherin but was suddenly changed to Gryffindor at the last moment. Kyle had dark red hair that made him look quite headstrong. And he was. And when some classmates told Kyle he wasn’t capable of sailing to America without magic, Kyle was determined that he could. After researching and practicing, he built a ship and sailed successfully across the Pacific. He finally reached the British coast, where Kyle met a witch named Radilynn Favaron. Radilynn immediately took a liking to the dashing and dorky boy. So she introduced Kyle to her fair-headed, not-yet-wedded sister, Ariana. It wasn’t before long that the Gryffindor and the Horned Serpent fell in love and Ariana accompanied Kyle back to Cuddesdon, England, and bought a residence there. They had an adorable daughter named Lexie Radilynn, with curly auburn hair slightly lighter than her father’s. Like any other pure-blood witch, Lexie grew up in the knowledge of the wizarding world. Lexie had a knack for playing Quidditch. She was born with Chaser blood, since her mother was one on the horned Serpent team. Lexie’s first instance of magic happened around the time she was seven. She had accidentally broken a window when playing Quidditch, and her mother came running. Lexie panicked when she heard her mother’s footsteps, since although Ariana could fix it with magic easily, she gets angry if Lexie breaks anything in the house. Suddenly, just as Ariana, red in the face, stalked in, wand pointed at Lexie, Lexie looked at the window shards. The shards on the floor flew up magically and the glass mended itself. Both Kyle and Ariana were so proud that they both forgot about the fact that Lexie had broken the window in the first place. After her eleventh birthday, Lexie received a letter from Hogwarts informing her that she had been accepted. Her parents had a debate over this since Ariana wanted Lexie to go the American Ilvermorny, but since Lexie had grown up in England and was acquainted much better with English standards of magic, Ariana eventually relented.
