An Encounter with Books
Interacting with @Aldor Humbleglow
Classes may keep students busy with schoolwork but they couldn't always keep a student occupied all the time, especially diligent ones who passes their school work on time and don't procrastinate about it.
Amara isn't one to dally about when working on her school work, always prompt and hard-working when doing them, she always make sure that she does her best in each school work. Sure that such diligence doesn't mean an automatic grade of 'O' but she does her best regardless.
Still there was only so much school work she could do to occupy her time, and as she couldn't do her favourite past time here at Hogwarts, she needed to find some other ways to pass her time. In between times she has free time, she would loiter about the castle ending up at one end or another before she would always find herself ending at the library to read.
There were many things that she could read within the library, so many choices and genres that were afforded within her reach. But as a creature of habit, Amara tend to stick to genres she was familiar with, which are mostly cookbooks or supplementary reference books for her to read on.
On this particular day, she was reading a book on magical creatures. She was aware that it would be on their third year that they would have the class for Care of Magical Creatures but as she already as the book made by Newt Scamander, she thought she may very well read on it. And here she was reading on them in the library although she wasn't all that familiar with it but it was an interesting read regardless.
I am who I am no matter what others may say.

An Encounter with Books
The boy would be sitting by a shelf, with a large pile of books by his leg, like always.
After a few minutes he just stopped reading, maybe he got bored, maybe he just had to go, in reality, he had just finished the last book of the pile, and decided to look for more. After a few minutes of him searching through the shelfs, he went back to the place he was before, and sat back down, and kept reading. Something about the pile of books was sort of disturbing.
The books he was reading had nothing to do with each other, the lenght, the topic, the artist, none of them were related. And not only that was strange, he was finishing the books quite quick, but since non of the books were related, the idea of him studying for something was off the table.
He'd be smilling the whole time, and a slight shake on his left hand would show every so often. He'd already be halfway into the pile of books, and since he really doesn't have much to do, he just kept going, he seemed friendly, but if you payed enough attention to his body language, you'd see that a normal greet was probably not the best way to aproach him.
