Carried by a strange black owl that appeared far too small to carry even a small parcel. the owl would enter the office through a cracked window, the diminutive avian creature did not need much space to achieve ingress. A single, small scroll was left on the top of the well searched yet strangely clean desk. For a man missing for so long, it would appear that he still gets mail from time to time. Shame Solomon Lear would not be the one to read it.

However, there were some oddities involved with this letter. The first being that it was not penned by Elliot. The second, the suddenness of his departure. Third, the fact that this letter had a Ministry Seal on it. why was the Ministry getting involved in such remedial matters as this? Finally, who is T. A.?
