Personality: A bookworm always in a tight-knit group of a small number of friends. Quite geeky. He has always had a vast imagination and love for magic since he found out about it. Also a big clutz. He has what is sometimes considered a weird taste in music, but he loves sea shanties and old folk music due to his grandfather being an old sailor.
Backstory: Only child born in London in a middle-class family with a loving small family. In his much younger years, his parents waited eagerly for his first sign of magic. He would always be outside either riding his bike or playing with the family dog. His first known use of magic was when the dog, whose name was Charlie, got off the lead and almost ran off when Blake reached out and stopped the dog from running off with a jolt, amazing his parents. He didn't understand it and didn't think anything of it for he thought the dog just normally stopped, that it until his letter of acceptance.
Extra: He is also very close to his grandmother and always wears the scarf she knitted for him when he was 6 which was fairly oversized for his age although he is quite the early bloomer.
