You mean IC or OOC? You buy chocolate frogs at Hogsmeade at Honeydukes but you have to get a Fake Permission Slip to get there if you're a Y1 or Y2 student.

Beans and Chocolate Frogs: what you need to know!
Chocolate frogs:
- can be collected
- are bought in Hogmead- you have to have the Fake permission slip or be a third year to access.
- there are 3 levels of cards, Bronze (common cards) silver (Rare or epic cards) and gold (Mythical cards)
- there are also shops where you can buy or be given the cards, like Here!
- if you have any other questions you can read Here and if that does not answer them, ask Here!
