So real. I started going by Lex not only because I feel comfortable with it but because of the name situation, yet people still call me Alexis and it drives me crazy, especially since me and him(the other Alexis) sit next to each other in Art.

its always funny when people see me not in the school and like some of them, those i train with/are friends with call me my first name but i have kiddos that i see while im at my job/ at church and they still call me Miss ___ and i get odd looks sometimes lmao

i had a former student (he no longer trains with us) recognize me while going through the communion line at church and after mass came up to me while i was finishing my prayers and like i was all dressed up, heels, a dress, hair down, jewelry on, which is legit the opposite of when im at taekwondo (uniform, hair up, no jewelry etc) so they don't know exactly how to act lmao im like 'guys im still me'
its always funny because some of them will recognize me and not say anything, some don't recognize me at all, some know they know me but don't know why and it just makes me laugh
