Of course! On the title, either before or after you do the title you write [PV: name name] you can also write [solo] or edit it to say [finished]

Like Charlie said above you can do that to be able to write those things. PV means private and is used for when you only want your thread to be responded to by a certain person or a few people. OPEN or no tags at all means anyone can post in the thread. Solo means it's just for you and no one else. Finished/complete = obvious.
