It's fine! It's open to the whole Hogwarts! Kim put a poster up on the bulletin for anyone who wanted to come! You don't need to know him! Maybe she could just be bored and hear chatter about the party or people heading to the party. She would have seen the poster on the bulletin though bc the headmaster stated at the sorting ceremony that all notices for school, classes etc... are posted on the bulletin board so make sure you take a look.

So IC Mina would probably be checking the bulletin on a daily basis.

Sure! As long as there are no cats around when it happens, Kim doesn't want cat fur getting all over and making him literally die!!! Smoke bombs are just bombs of smoke and won't knock things over and shatter/break things right? LOL

She’s there— she just overheard so people talking about it and she was like, eh, why the heck not? XDD.

SHe’s near Kim too- she walked over to Bails ‘cause she was the only person there so far that she recognized and Bails was by Oliver and KIm
