We do not know how npcs will evolve. If they stay as is, then yes. However, if they can develop into something... more, then that wont be possible. We probably wont know for the year as it is something we are looking into after the schools are all released via lore for info and npcs.

I have a question regarding the Astronomy Tower, since I'm a little confused by the rules. I have emailed Professor Karr, but she hasn't replied yet, so I thought I'd take a shot here. When is Callista allowed to go up to the tower to stargaze when she's not in class? If anyone knows the answer, that'd be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

There's a post in astronomy for your reference, but you should also know that Prof. Karr is inactive.
