Sounds like the place is perfect! The only part of it I'd dislike is family, I know most people love their family and I do (other than my terrible step-dad) I just would rather see them in limited amounts you know, to give me time to recharge from the social interaction.

Yeah, we didn't get it that bad. We live on the east side so all we got was flooding that came up to our ankles. The pier on the beach though was completely ripped in half
