Describe why this fits your character: Adeline's first full year of duelling, while a blast, included many failed and backfired spells. Each and every duel that she participated in, the young girl found herself on the receiving end of her own potent magic, and much to her dismay, sometimes more than once! While the heart and talent to be a great duellist come naturally to the girl, the discipline needed to be a truly perfect duellist recquired a bit of honing, and an entire summers worth of effort, patience, and long nights with her nose in a series of old books.
Determined not to let third year be the same embarrassing disaster as her second, Adeline spent the vast majority of her summer evenings reading up on proper duelling form and mechanics, practicing wand movements with an old pencil, and studying incantation specifics for hours. She would not dare cast a spell outside of school (she would not be jeopardizing her shiny new prefect position for something so foolish) but this way of practicing was perfectly legal, and would spare the Spink's family home from more than a few burnt and bruised walls. This form of practice was surprisingly rather fun when she would really let herself get lost in it; memories of her previous duels and hours of practice would play through her mind with each practiced incantation or swish of her wand. As well as studying the notes that she had taken during matches she had watched, She spent many long hours recalling the details of her previous matches; her successes and failures, as well as the interesting techniques displayed by her opponents.

As Adeline continues to grow as a student the most important thing on her horizon is her duelling. While the potential to make a career of the sport has indeed crossed her mind, it is the real world application of the magic that interests Addie and pushes her to perfection. (Along with the rush of adrenaline that she feels on the piste) If the girl were ever to be in a situation where she needed to protect herself or someone else from danger, she would want to be prepared, and for Adeline, this looks like the ability to cast any spell from her arsenal with precision, ease, and predictability. With this motivation behind her, it is no surprise that the young girl takes her craft very seriously, and that she will only continue to push herself towards consistent perfection.

Sergei grew up in a world without magic. Born to a nonmagical Mother and an absent nonmagical father tended to do that. Him and his brother, while presumed nonmagical themselves, didn’t exactly have a boring life either. In their early years, they didn’t fully comprehend what an actual ‘home’ was, and when their aunt sent them off to England, that… admittedly, didn’t change much. The foster system meant going from house to house every few years, hell, even bouncing between ‘homes’ every six months wasn’t entirely uncommon. After he was separated from his brother, that was Sergei’s life. While he never called those places home, they were someone’s home, the home of nonmagical people, filled with nonmagical things, from computers, to televisions, and other such things that tended to dislike interacting with magic. He experienced many different types of nonmagical people, some foul, some kind, all mere acquaintances to him at best.

When he started taking to the streets to escape those 'homes' for a bit, he decided to learn how to defend himself, at least slightly. It took trial and error, but he learned how to use his fists just fine. Though, he didn’t exactly stop there, he learned how to use pocket knives as well, broken beer bottles, rocks. He learned how to hit where it hurt both on the streets and in school. After all, he had quite the short temper, and that often led to him getting into fights. He figured out that hitting someone in the throat was a very effective way to stun them, as was punching them in the diaphragm. Knock the wind out of someone, and you often were able to get free hits in until you were kicking them in the ribs while they were curled up on the ground.

As he got older, the principles of schools started threatening to call the police on him though, to some very flustered and equally irate foster parents. Jumping from school to school, though, really just offered him a wider variety of punching bags to practice on.

Once he learned he could use magic after setting someone on fire, he was dragged into the magical world’s version of foster a foster system, where his wizarding parents quickly learned that he had absolutely no interest in using magic to do things for him. One of his foster siblings tried to take his food? He stabbed at their hand with a fork, while when he did the same to them, they used jinxes. This hardly dissuaded him from instead tackling them to the ground and attempting to land at least one good punch to their faces. That is, until his foster parents pulled him off of them by lifting him by his clothes with magic. After that he was practically held up like a misbehaving cat and scolded.

Well, all this to say, while Sergei may be absolutely terrible at using wands, he is plenty good at keeping people from using their voices to cast spells if need be.

I think i have The ability of Paragon of Health.
The Main reason is the way that i was raised.
One can say that many of my Friends were more Farm raised and i was more wild free-range chicken.

Other than i lived in a House on open spaces and nature that is a difference from The city Kids ones, there are other circumstances that accentuate that.

My father Marshall is a wizard specialised on "Weather", that only means a mix of magic that can create certain conditions in some spaces. He uses that to make good crops and livestock on good conditions and more variate than others. That means that i was able to ate with more quality and more diverse.

Also my father also have similar genethic with High Stamina. My mother Hannah is not like that but she is a bit over the woman muggle standard.

My mother Hannah works on a pharmacy and made practices in nursery.
That means that she is very caring and plays close attention on health themes.
That not only made me to keep in mind my own health, also made me have attention to my Friends problems, i always want they eat well and i watch over some possible health problems.

My last reason is my own personality. I have a lot of Stamina and always want to make new things and i am very active. That also help the others to be involved in more activities and exercise. On can say that i am like a cup of coffee for them.
I also learned and played with my father Marshall in the fields, i learn what veggies are better and why.

All together made me how i am now. A boy with High Stamina, that cares on what he eat, hygiene and health; and also try to advice that to the others Too.

If You look at my historial You Will see not only facts that Mark my personality, also my first experience with magic was related to feeding, was related to warm a soup because It felt better warm and hot, and It seems the body react to that.

What that means that i made magic with that, i don't know really. I only tried the best for me and my Friends, maybe i made magic that i don't know, i only can say that i had good health and my Friends seems have more energy around me.

One can say that i am a spoiled boy with food and care, i would say that they gave me the Paragon of Health.

Time after time, she would hear about her siblings' great performances in Hogwarts, about outstanding report cards, contributions to clubs, or duels won against other students. At first, it had simply fascinated her to hear any stories about the legendary school, though the closer she'd come to her own admission letter, the more she began to feel a pressure from her family members, especially her parents. It was no constant poking and prodding, but rather subtle comments of 'You think she'll beat your score in a few years?', or 'She's got a keen mind, I tell you. She's bound to do something extraordinary!', or other such sentences often spoken by her mother, for example, being proud of her favorite child before she'd even stepped foot into Hogwarts.

But it hadn't ended in simple comments, no. When her father had presented her with puzzles before, things had always been light-hearted and jovial, with little pressure to it. Though the closer Morigwynn turned eleven, the more these puzzles became challenges, often timed, and eventually even with minor punishments attached for failing, such as a lack of dessert. To the relentless mockery by her siblings, of course. Perhaps it was their way of seeing how Morigwynn would do under pressure, or their method of spurring on greater training of the mind, or perhaps they simply couldn't stand the idea of one of their own children performing at all poorly, at anything. It hadn't helped that the family's focus on 'pure blood' would have her feel embarassed if she did much worse than any of her 'impure' peers.

This all resulted in a strong fear of failure, and a need to do things the correct way, and being right, even at the cost of harmony. And now, finally having been admitted to Hogwarts, this has begun to establish itself as a drive to keep practicing every lesson, re-reading books, and repeating the events and lessons of the day in her head to such perpetuity, she might be caught muttering them in her sleep. Among her belongings are often pieces of parchment she'd used to write up little quizzes for herself, to answer on another day. When she catches herself daydreaming or getting distracted, she often feels guilty or embarassed.

And while she has yet to learn her first spells, she's absolutely intending to study wand movements until her wrists hurt, and practice her incantations until her tongue starts feeling funny.

Mamori had always resented Hogwarts referees for having eyes a little too sharp, given that 2/3 of his strategies are illegal and he has to personally carry out roughly half of them. But he knew all too well that him getting caught has less to do with the ref's competence than with him being a loud captain with pink hair and teal goggles, and that dropping his weekly dye sessions would fix most of it, but letting his natural colour grow back in for a sport this stupid was something he refused to do. He also wants to win, or more accurately he wants to keep his reputation, which is now the captain's reputation, which is the team's win rate. The team is already being pushed as hard as they're going to tolerate, so the remaining variable is him, specifically, getting caught fouling less often without compromising the look.

Having a goal and knowing how to train for it turned out to be different problems, until he raised it with his father, who responded on a weekend by hauling him to London to crash with a Muggleborn colleague and drinking partner under the cover of some vague errand. What followed was Mamori's first encounter with a computer — the details of which are being skipped because this application is already too long — but the point was to search for footage of other sports online for Mamori's inspiration and, rather more to his dad's, to pull up the career highlights of his childhood idol Tom Glavine, a crafty old pitcher and his catcher nudging the strike zone outward call by call through pitch framing.

"This is what anchoring bias and gradual desensitization look like in practice; by the later innings, the umpire has no idea his own judgment was off," his father explained. "By the way this was back before any of it got tracked digitally, which is why it worked."

"What da hell are any of those words" the pink-haired badger shot back, operating on four hours of baseball literacy and filing it under sophisticated cheating-that-gets-inside-a-ref's-head.

"...馬の耳に念仏 chanting a Buddhist prayer into a horse's ear" his father replied with a Japanese proverb Mamori had never heard of and was certain that this was his dad's roundabout way of calling him an idiot.

But! The trip still counted as real inspiration since Mamori finally saw a direction to take. Unfortunately framing itself was not something he could copy because, well, Glavine's success at fooling the umpire into calling pitches good when they weren't came from his reputation and years of accumulated credibility, a level of established trust that meant referees simply did not think to question him, whereas Mamori walks onto the pitch already under suspicion. Though the logic underneath he did take, aka getting deep enough into a referee's habits to stop thinking about how they judge and start thinking about where their attention actually goes.

The rest of his second week of July went into scavenging Omnioculars from other kids with footage of recent matches, scanning for shots that caught the referees (aka his fellow captains, just from other teams). Nerding out completely, he started cataloguing which refs stay locked on the Quaffle carrier, which ones get pulled off by sudden movement, and which ones go to the aftermath before they go looking for who caused it, and kept going.

Then came the painful part of baking theory into movement. Mamori's solution, as it had been the year before, was to enslave more people, roping in local kids willing to keep training and rotating them through referee duty while everyone else played, demanding each temp ref log when they noticed him and what they saw, especially anything close to "that looked dirty but I didn't catch it."

By September, after enough patterns had surfaced (mostly boring stuff like angle of approach and timing) he had reverse engineered which of his movements drew eyes and which didn't. And yes, the writer is aware that this is a cat's grace app not a foulplay app, but what this summer layered onto everything he'd already built up by second year is a running read on whoever is officiating.

It's his eyes on the ref until the ref has a reason to look at him, except by then there's nothing to find (hopefully), and if anyone asks that absolutely counts as watching from the shadows because the shadow is just wherever the ref isn't looking and Mamori is choosing to count that as stealth.

You become brave when you have nothing left to loose.

For the Gemmells, that was nearly a lifestyle. The family was not particularly wealthy so every story her father could chase, every dress her mother could sell, and every creative step Maisie might take was all in the name of survival. In fact, the very marriage that bore her might, to some, be considered courageous because involved the mixing of magical and muggle blood.

These things never bothered Maisie because they were so deeply internalized. This philosophy—doing whatever it took—spun into her undying love of adventure, unusual thinking about the rules, and somewhat avant-garde fashion choices. She loved to play with color, and texture. She looked for creative solutions to problems small and large. And she sought out new experiences for it was only through newness (however unfamiliar and frightening it may be) that one can grow creativity.

But perhaps the place Maisie found herself the most in need of courage had been on the dueling piste. For two years now, she’d been battered up on that stage, the victim of multiple Obscuro casts as she watched her teammates fall or freeze. And perhaps the hardest thing she’d ever had to do was to stay up there on that piste, knowing full well that it would not end well. How many times had she known it would be easier to step away? But she stayed up there anyway because that was the brave thing to do, the right thing to do: to try. And having a losing record like she did, there truly was nothing left to lose—only the strength and courage to try.

And so Maisie tried in everything she did, weighing the circumstances or consequences even if they were dangerous. Perhaps this best manifested in her commitment to her friends. In her (and Avis’) dedication to making Mylo have more fun, she has taken on some (she would say ‘calculated’) risks. Notably, she and Avis braved the forrest in an attempt to get ingredients for a potion that would cheer them up. And in the face of screech snaps, Maisie didn’t flinch. Instead, she remained focused on the task at hand, committed to assisting her friends, whatever danger there might be.

At Hogwarts, it’s easy to associate courage with a single house, and to envision it as an inherent solitary trait. But courage, like the rest of the house traits, is something anyone can lean into. For Maisie Gemmell, courage isn’t a desire: it’s a lifestyle. Born out of necessity at home, on the piste or in defense of people she cares about, Maisie’s fearlessness may be mistaken for recklessness, but really it is a desperate desire for new ideas and experiences, and a function of her problem-solving tendencies.

After all, when you run out of ideas in the face of scary obstacle, there is only one thing worth doing: trying.

As a halfblood child, Rosaline has always lived between the wizarding world and the Muggle world. Both worlds are her home. Growing up in London, where there are always mixed cultures, Rosaline keeps in touch with knowledge from both sides regularly. It is what her parents wished for her to be like. Although her mother, Elowen, comes from a completely pureblood background, she has always liked the Muggle culture ever since she met Julian, her partner. Julian, in a sense, is the one who led Rosaline into the Muggle world. As a university professor in English literature, he read Muggle classics to little Rosaline as bedtime stories and would bring her to see any interesting stage plays whenever he could. It is that Rosaline grew up to be a witch so influenced by Muggle culture.

Julian’s sister, Rosaline’s aunt, Juliet, would take her out to the city of London to go shopping. Browsing windows, enjoying concerts, buying books, etc. Because of this habit, Rosaline knows many trends and new technologies nowadays in the Muggle world.

Other than her family background, the decision to enroll her in the Muggle primary school is another big factor in her life as a halfblood witch. While she had started reading many books before the time she went to school, the teachers there still taught her much new knowledge she hadn’t been familiar with, such as geography and mathematics. The young witch was fascinated by all the possibilities in the world. She wasn’t only good at English but also the new subjects that she needed to learn.

With so much influence from the Muggle cultures, she didn’t neglect the magical perspective of the wizarding side of her. Since her parents are both busy at work - that’s the reason her aunt takes her to many places - Rosaline as the youngest child on her maternal side of family, is constantly taken care of by the Wrenfords. During summer or winter vacations, Rosaline would live with the Wrenfords for a few weeks. At their place, she would get in touch with the magical worlds. She loves reading books related to certain magical subjects and listening to all the fun stories that happened at Hogwarts by her cousins. Even before Hogwarts, Rosaline had the brief but enough understanding of Hogwarts.

Rosaline is like a sponge absorbing all the knowledge she could learn.

With the understanding of both worlds in mind, Rosaline had entered Hogwarts. She practiced hard on all the subjects. Sometimes, she would notice the ways she thinks and tries things are different from other students who come from non-Muggle backgrounds. It doesn’t mean there's no better or worse way, but it means Rosaline could think outside of the box of magic. And this is a trait that benefits her in many scenarios.

Ebony Vetra was not a perfectionist. Far from it, in fact. Tasks half-done, appearances maintained with the care of someone who precisely did not care. Defection from commitments became ever the more frequent as she grew older and her care for various aspects — schoolwork, clubs, and other's perception of her — diminished.

Something that did not ever diminish, however, was her love for Quidditch, and specifically her love for staying intact in a Quidditch match. Having played since her second year (14 matches since the beginning!), the Ravenclaw beater was no stranger to contact with the bludger. So many matches concluded in a sharp pain, darkness, and the feeling of gravity pulling one toward the ground. Her body seemed to make contact with the bludger as much as her bat did, and the pain — as much as she had grown to take a love-hate affinity towards it — became unpleasant sometimes. There thus grew a determination within her to finesse the art of dodging as to avoid the blow of the bludger. The care that remained for the sport further cemented that determination. Being competitive when it came to the sport, having played for so long, and having recently been named captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team, Ebony simply desired to eliminate any semblance of incompetence. To be on par in skill with the bludgering powerhouses both previously and currently at Hogwarts was but a dream, but perhaps she could strive to draw herself closer.

What better way to do that than practice? The presence of Quidditch had only steadily increased in the brunette's life as she progressed through her journey at Hogwarts, and this growth in presence showed no sign in stopping. She had quickly realised in her fourth year that simply training with the team — perhaps two or three times a week — was far from sufficient. She had, then, dedicated herself to training on her own to learn new skills such as the rebound, and the frequency of her practice had only increased since then as her dedication to the sport augmented exponentially.

There was no reason for her not to further increase that frequency in order to improve her evasive skills. Hence, throughout the summer and the weeks leading up to the first Quidditch matches of the year, the beater took to increased training targeted specifically at dodging. She observed the different ways of dodging, the timing with which she had to pull herself away. And of course, there was the finessing of agility and reaction time. Ebony liked to believe that taking to this additional training had ameliorated her ability to evade, at least slightly.
