• Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better - First and foremost, Jack seeks someone to match wits with. He's under the notion that no one can get on his level and has yet to find someone who he believes can hold up a decent argument against him because he talks circles around them. Valuing cleverness and intelligence in others, he tends to respect those who can see right through his schemes, twist his words like he twists others', poke holes in his faulty logic, and call him out on his bs. However, as he has yet to find someone capable of said things, his ego has grown so large that he's come to think of most other people as beneath him intellectually and commonly considers them 'pawns' or 'toys' with which to play. This is bad not only for those who have to deal with his obnoxiously large ego, but for Jack himself. Feeling smarter than everyone else also often makes him feel bored and lonely because he doesn't feel like anyone can understand him. It would be nice to have someone take him down a few notches by beating him at his own game.
• Hogwarts Express - Muggle-born kid with hardly any knowledge of any wizarding world stuff. Pretty easy to pick on or tease if anyone feels like it! Also, if your own character isn't very well-versed in muggle world stuff, that could also be an added bonus prompt to pursue, because Jack will happily enlighten them in turn.
• Discussing Houses in the Great Hall - Jack knows practically nothing about the houses, their rivalries, or what it means to be sorted into one. Perhaps he could discuss it with other first years or even be informed by upperclassmen. Or maybe he finds out the hard way if someone feels like having a go at Slytherin.
• True Tricksters - Sooo...Jack enjoyed being a class clown and a prankster in muggle school, but he has no idea what sort of pranks and tricks the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has seen within its walls. Anyone care to inform him? Perhaps even give a little demonstration...?

Storyline: 

• I would really like to try roleplaying in Diagon Alley or somewhere in the school which is kind of unusual to roleplay in. Also, I think it would be fun for Emile to find someone to be kind of like his mentor? This doesn't really make sense.
• Emile needs some sort of enemy! He has one negative relationship! I would really like to roleplay something negative if possible.
• Lastly, if anyone would be open to trying to pull a prank or something like that...that's super fun! Emile enjoys a good prank!!!
• If you have any other storylines you'd like to do, I am open to anything!!!

Additional info: Hello there! I have recently returned from a long hiatus from the site and I am looking to roleplay! My previous threads have been abandoned. I'm open to absolutely anything. Secret Santa! I know there is one going on for students and professors, but I thought it would also be good to RP one for the students. Those who owl me wishing to sign up will be added to the list. I will then assign each of you a person to bring a gift for. Then, when the time comes, I will send the link to the thread, and the gift exchange will happen! IRL you don't actually have to buy something in the shops, you just have to IC bring something your character supposedly bought for the other person. No longer a prefect, Marla can pretty much revert back to her ever so mischievous and hot-headed self. With this in mind, I'd like for her to get into a fight with somebody. We can work out the details in owls, but Marla hasn't happened to get into any physical quarrel with somebody, even with how bold she is, so now would be a great time to do so!

Marla, while booksmart, isn't exactly... Smart smart. While walking around after hours, she sees a figure and is startled, casting the flipendo spell across the hallway. When she approaches the figure, they are limp and not moving. At this point, Marla believes that she has commited the worst crime in the book: murder. While trying to get rid of the evidence, your character finds their way to Marla and they end up teaming up... Whether they like it or not. We can figure out the details, and I know this plot is somewhat weird, I just felt like doing something somewhat ridiculous.

Coming back from winter break Adlai is sure to have stuffed multiple things from her room into her trunk. Examples being magazines, some posters of her idols and two tennis rackets, of course accompanied by a tennis ball.
Adlai has always been eager to find other students at Hogwarts who have the same interests as her.
