Nope, it's all up to you! As long as your character is sufficiently embarrassed you can do whatever!

I’d have to think. uhm i showed my crush a weird poem for no reason a month ago. She said it was good but she’s nice. She doesn’t even sit at my table lol. on that same day that morning my water bottle finally broke and she walked by and said “that’s a lot of water” because it was all over my desk and I just made a inhuman screech so yeah that happened :’) also a little too recently, I told my friend about someone I thought I liked, but I didn’t. She said he was annoying, and she told god knows how many of her friends and later that day one of them were like yOu lIkE HiM?? and I was like “no” because I didn’t but I don’t think she believed me. I sent my friend a very long message about it and we just kept being friends didn’t even talk abt it and I hated that boy. Couldn’t even look at him anymore or her friends. wow these all have 1 common theme.
Edit these all happened in a three month radius
